3. Hosting – Vercel

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). When you access our pages, Vercel automatically processes server log data transmitted by your browser. This includes: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and date and time of access. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation of the website). Vercel has joined the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 4. Data Collection – Contact Form

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, your details (first and last name, email address, optionally phone number, and your message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your explicit consent.

This data is processed on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending us an email to info@max-hybrid-coaching.de. Data processing carried out before the withdrawal remains lawful. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, but at the latest after 24 months.

5. Formspree (Form Submission)

The contact form on this website uses the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4956, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). When you submit the form, your entered data is transmitted to Formspree's servers in the USA and forwarded from there to our email address. 6. Calendly (Appointment Scheduling)

This website uses the scheduling service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). If you book an appointment via the embedded Calendly widget, the data you enter (name, email address, appointment, and any additional information) is transmitted directly to Calendly and processed there.

Calendly may also collect technical data (IP address, browser type, time zone). Data processing by Calendly is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. 7. Instagram

Our website contains links to the Instagram profile @iron.dad.journey. These links lead to the platform Instagram, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When you click the link, you leave our website. Meta is responsible for data processing on Instagram. These are simple hyperlinks – no data is transmitted to Meta until you click the link.

  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
  • Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR): You may withdraw any consent given to us at any time. The lawfulness of data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
